Redevelopment of D.C.'s historic Franklin School remains stalled

Redevelopment of the historic Franklin School in downtown D.C. remains stalled years after its last occupant -- a shelter for homeless men -- moved out in 2008. The Washington Examiner reports that community residents and advocates, including the Downtown Cluster of Congregations, are concerned about the building's deteriorating condition.
