Homes proposed for 65 acres in High Point

Plans for a housing subdivsion on a 65-acre tract in High Point are moving forward after being put on hold several years ago, the High Point Enterprise reports.Jemsite Development has taken over the project, located along Greensboro Road at Penny Road. It would include mostly single-family homes, with a small amount of multifamily residences and some businesses along Greensboro Road.While similiar to the initial plans, a rezoning would have to be approved for the project to move forward.
