Indianapolis company is Cincinnati’s hottest apartment developer

Flaherty & Collins Properties had done only one Cincinnati project — in 2006.Now, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer, the Indianapolis company is the Queen City’s hottest developer in that city’s hottest new-construction market: apartments.The newspaper reports that Flaherty & Collins is currently building an upscale 302-unit complex in Oakley.And the company is in line to build a downtown 30-story tower with 300 apartments and a grocery.
