Former Orbital Sciences' Germantown campus set to be redeveloped

Trammell Crow Co. and NVCapital Advisors LLC are ready begin work on the former Orbital Sciences Corp. campus in Germantown, transforming it into a mixed-use development called Century, with 2.4 million square feet, including housing, offices and hotels.The joint venture has completed its purchase of the 55-acre site from Multi-Employer Property Trust for an undisclosed sum.
