Milwaukee-area home prices continue to slip

The average Milwaukee-area home price fell 0.8 percent in the third quarter of 2012, and are expected to decrease another 0.9 percent by fall 2013, according to Fiserv Case-Shiller Indexes.Home prices were 2.4 percent lower in Racine in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the same quarter in 2011.
