Chattanooga's own apartment boom

Nashville isn't the only city experiencing an apartment boom in Tennessee.The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports that two developers — TDK Construction of Murfreesboro and a group out of New York City — are planning developments that will add more than 500 units to the city's apartment market.Additionally, Nashville Post reports that Nashville-based Freeman Webb Investments Inc. has purchased two Chattanooga apartment complexes for $20 million.
