Heartland Bank buys space for Capitol Square branch

Heartland Bank has bought an 1,800-square-foot office condominium at 101 S. High St. even as a tax incentive for the property’s redevelopment is still making its way through Columbus City Council.Public records show Gahanna-based Heartland paid $825,000 on March 7 for the ground-level condo plus about 500 square feet in the basement.
