Luxury real estate firm One Sotheby’s International Realty announced its merger Wednesday with Sunny Realty.Founders Lana and Leon Bell of Sunny Realty specialize in the Aventura, Fisher Island, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach areas.
