Ex-owner of senior-housing chain files for bankruptcy

A businessman who had launched a White Bear Lake-based senior-care business has filed for Ch. 7 bankruptcy, seeking to shed millions in liabilities.The Star Tribune reports on the filing by Brian Winges, who had owned Suite Living Specialty Senior Services and lists $14 million in liabilities and $836,147 in assets.
