Irving puts Heritage Crossing acreage on the market

The City of Irving has placed Heritage Crossing, a 20.64-acre tract of land along Delaware Creek, just north and south of Sixth Street on the market for redevelopment.The City Council hopes private investors will submit design and development plans for the property that align with the city's vision for it, said Kevin Kass, the city's redevelopment and tax increment financing administrator.The city would like high-quality residential developments that fit into the historic 640-acre neighborhood…
